RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At Navotti, all of our products are crafted with a timeless design philosophy, premium material quality, and meticulous production standards. Customer satisfaction is one of the core values of our brand, and we aim to deliver a refined and premium shopping experience.
The following return and exchange conditions apply without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of applicable consumer protection laws.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND STANDARD RETURN PROCESS
Under distance selling regulations, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchasing the product. The withdrawal period begins on the date the product is delivered to you or to a third party designated by you.
Returned products must:

Be unused and must not have undergone any physical modification or processing,

Be returned complete with the original packaging, box, protective materials, warranty certificate, and user manual,

Maintain their resalable condition
in order to qualify for a return.
HYGIENE AND PERSONAL USE PRODUCTS
For hygiene reasons, products that are not suitable for resale and that have been filled with perfume, soap, lotion, or similar liquids cannot be returned. Such products fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
RETURN APPROVAL AND REFUND
Once your return request is received, the product will be carefully inspected. If the return conditions are approved, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
For standard returns, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND GLOBAL CUSTOMERS
Navotti aims to provide its international customers with a premium-level shopping experience and applies this policy as the standard return framework.
Where mandatory legal regulations apply, those provisions remain reserved and take precedence.
The dispatch address for Navotti products is Istanbul, Turkey. Therefore, customers shopping from abroad pay their own shipping costs and are subject to restocking fees at certain rates.
Customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, MALFUNCTIONS AND DAMAGE
Every Navotti product undergoes quality control before shipment. However, if a manufacturing defect, malfunction, or shipping damage occurs, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the product.
If a manufacturing defect or malfunction is confirmed:

Refund
will be offered by Navotti. In such cases, return and reshipment shipping costs will be covered by Navotti.
USER-CAUSED DAMAGE OR MISUSE
If it is determined that the product has been damaged due to user-related causes, the customer will be informed accordingly. In this case, shipping costs belong to the customer, and the product will be sent back according to the customer’s request. A secure payment link will be provided for the required shipping fee.
CUSTOM-MADE AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Custom-made products produced according to customer-specific measurements, design, materials, or personalization are not eligible for the right of withdrawal. These products are only covered for exchange or repair in case of a manufacturing defect.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
All customers who place orders through our website are deemed to have read and accepted the conditions stated in this policy.
Navotti reserves the right to modify the return and exchange policy within the framework of applicable legislation.
